Very fast! Approximately 15-20 minutes to set up and the same for collection.
This is just an estimate that varies according to the size of the inflatable chosen and the indoor or outdoor location selected.
PLEASE MAKE US AWARE OF THINGS LIKE:
– NO PARKING AVAILABLE!
– THE AREA YOU WISH THE INFLATABLE TO BE SET UP IS SOME DISTANCE AWAY AND CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY FOOT!
– ACCESS IS LIMITED OR NOT SIMPLE!
The space required varies from one inflatable to another. Head to the For Hire page and select your chosen inflatable, all details for space required will be on here.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is sufficient space to unload and transport the inflatable to the area you wish to have it set up including, space required in the selected area for the inflatable. If we arrive and the location is not suitable unfortunately no hire will go ahead, and no refund will be given.
You can cancel at any point, however if you cancel 14 days prior to your hire date no refund will be given or any deposit refunded. You can however reschedule your booking within 6 months from cancellation.
If the weather is not suitable for Health & Safety reasons for an inflatable hire, all hires will be cancelled, and full refunds given, or you can reschedule your hire within the next 6 months.
In the event of hostile weather occurs during your hire of an inflatable which makes it dangerous to use, THE HIRER MUST NOT USE THE INFLATABLE AND IT IS THE HIRER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THIS IS FOLLOWED. ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURY CREATED DURING USE IN THESE CONDITIONS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER AND NOT CAROL’S BOUNCY CASTLES.
We expect to collect the inflatable and all equipment in the same condition we delivered it in. If during the use of the inflatable it becomes dirty, we expect the hirer to clean this up. In the case it is dirty or damaged due to misuse you will be invoiced for cleaning or damages and payment will be expected in 28 calendar days
You must ensure that you have signed our Terms & Conditions of Hire.
Please make sure our team has clear access to area where you want the inflatable set up and that the space is CLEAR AND CLEAN on your day of hire. IT IS NOT OUR TEAMS RESPONSIBILITY TO ORGANISE/TIDY UP OR ASSIST WITH ACCESS OR THE AREA YOU WISH THE INFLATABLE TO BE SET UP! Failure to do so may result in refusal of unloading and consequently no offer of reschedule or refund.

We accept bank transfers, debit/credit card payments via payment link or taken over the phone.
You can book whenever you want. However, we strongly recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Especially from March to September as this is our busiest periods!
We operate mainly in Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey. However, we do go further afield. Please ask!
Quotes include delivery, set up and collection.
Prices shown on website is only hire cost and will not include any other charges for example: Delivery, collection, or any bespoke requirements you may have.
All year round including Bank holidays and even Christmas!
To secure your hire, a deposit payment is required. We can only hold inflatables for 48hr and then they are subsequently released.
You can either pay in full or pay a deposit to secure your hire. Full payment is required if booking 14 days or within your chosen hire date. Outside 14 days you can pay 50% of total hire cost as a deposit and then the remainder is due 14 days prior to your hire date.
