Pricing

All HIRE quotes include the following:

• Delivery of your bouncy castle
• Free overnight hire
• Full set-up
• Pack-down and collection
• £5m public liability insurance

IF THE WEATHER BECOMES UNSUITABLE, WE WILL NEED TO COLLECT ON THE DAY OF YOUR HIRE. ALSO, FREE OVERNIGHT IS NOT OFFERED FROM OCTOBER – FEBUAURY DUE TO WEATHER CONDIDITONS.
Please note overnight hire only applies to secure private properties and premises. Bouncy castles will not be left overnight anywhere that is not secure or where members of the public have ready access (i.e. open fields or communal areas). For these hires collection will be on the same day (see times above).
Also, THE DELIVERY team will go over safety rules for using the hired inflatable, this must be adhered to!

Delivery & Collection

Deliveries

DELIVERIES start from 6am and we aim to have them all completed by midday. However, in the busiest periods deliveries will continue into the afternoon. You must ensure you are available for deliveries.

We cannot guarantee a time for delivery however, we do have limited availability for priority deliveries. This is a chargeable service at an additional cost of £15.00. This will ensure your delivery is completed no later than the time required for. THIS IS NOT A TIMED DELIVERY SERVICE AND YOUR DELIVERY COULD BE FROM 6AM AS YOU HAVE CHOSEN THIS SERVICE.

Evening before delivery:

Limited availability, this will ensure your hire is delivered the evening before and ready for a day of fun for your date of hire! This is at an additional cost of £30.00.
COLLECTIONS:
Collections start from 6am. We must be able to collect from 6am, please ensure you are available, or we can have access for collection.

Payments & Deposits

Payment in full is required upon booking to secure your hire or, if booking in advance you can pay a deposit to secure your hire. 50% of total hire cost to pay as a deposit and then balance to be paid 14 days before hire date.

We understand that not all bouncy castle hires are alike, so we are more than happy to tailor a quote to meet your needs. Just drop us an email or give us a call and we will talk through your options.

Cancellations & Refunds

This must be done 14 calendar days prior to date of your booking. If you cancel within this 14-day period, no refund will be given.

We have the right to cancel your booking at any point due to unsuitable weather conditions which include continuous wet weather and high wind speeds (of and more than 26mph). This must be followed to protect ourselves and most importantly our customers. In the event of unsuitable weather full refunds will be given or hires can be rescheduled.

Delivery policy

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process. Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
