I hired a slide and assault course for my family wedding on 24 August 2024. I cannot rate this company enough, communication was second to none, even agreeing to wait to see if weather cleared up rather than just cancelling on the day. The kids and adults said it made the wedding perfect and the sun came out meaning we had the use of both inflatables as I really wanted. I was seriously so impressed with the contact, the company and the castles. Do NOT hesitate when using this company. I will be using again and 100% recommend them! Over several years they have been dependable, easy to contact, very helpful and friendly. Recently they delivered a bouncy castle within one hour without a pre booking. I have no hesitation in recommending them.When children are involved it’s not worth taking a chance with other suppliers.

Used Carol's for a birthday party in May. Great service, friendly staff. Quick set up in plenty of time before party started, guys were prompt the next morning collecting. Perfect afternoon entertainment for the kids!

Even after I changed the location to deliver the bouncy castle last minute they did it . Everybody loved it . Unfortunately I didn’t get the delivery men’s names, but what wonderful service from them lovely customer service and the customer service over the phone ordering our under the sea castle . Highly rate and will definitely be using them again . Thank you so much for making my little boy’s birthday so special for him .

So friendly and easygoing, gave us the option for a couple of different set ups, and were happy to rearrange the bouncies to fit our space once they got here. Kept in touch before delivery and wouldn't accept a tip! The bouncies were great too: waterproof electrics and took seconds to inflate. The kids absolutely loved them. Highly recommended - thank you!
