I hired a slide and assault course for my family wedding on 24 August 2024. I cannot rate this company enough, communication was second to none, even agreeing to wait to see if weather cleared up rather than just cancelling on the day. The kids and adults said it made the wedding perfect and the sun came out meaning we had the use of both inflatables as I really wanted. I was seriously so impressed with the contact, the company and the castles. Do NOT hesitate when using this company. I will be using again and 100% recommend them! Over several years they have been dependable, easy to contact, very helpful and friendly. Recently they delivered a bouncy castle within one hour without a pre booking. I have no hesitation in recommending them.When children are involved it’s not worth taking a chance with other suppliers.

Used Carol's for a birthday party in May. Great service, friendly staff. Quick set up in plenty of time before party started, guys were prompt the next morning collecting. Perfect afternoon entertainment for the kids!

Hired a castle with slide for a family event. Great communication and easy booking, arrived and installed in minutes and on time and collected at agreed time. The kids LOVED it.
Called this company on Monday to arrange a bouncy castle for the Saturday, booked it all in the same day, really good for the price was flexible on times as we didnāt want it to early so they stuck to our plans for our daughters 3rd birthday

After being let down at last minute by someone these guys saved the day. Brilliant service, so many castles to choose from and will definitely use again and recommend to others! One very happy unicorn mad 4 year old.
Hired the emoji bouncy castle for our daughterās birthday. Very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and easy to book! The English weather slightly delayed our delivery but we were kept up to date! Friendly staff! We will definitely use again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Had to previously cancel due to bad weather, but even then communication was brilliant and final decision wasnāt made until about 15 mins before which we really appreciated! We had our rebooking and couldnāt fault the delivery, service or pick up. Will definitely be using again, thanks so much!
